Any communication or interaction between users and advertisers occurs off-platform and independently.
HOFza:
- Is not responsible for outcomes, disputes, or damages
- Does not verify the accuracy of listings beyond moderation checks
- Is not liable for loss, injury, or harm resulting from interactions
Users engage at their own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
HOFza shall not be liable for:

11. Intellectual Property
